To analyze the scope of the integrity perspective in the administration of electoral justice and discuss electoral observation within the framework of integrity parameters.

To analyze, from an international comparative perspective, the background and legal framework of the Mexican electoral system, as well as the main challenges that the Mexican electoral jurisdictional authorities will face during the 2023-2024 electoral process. Additionally, spaces for discussion will be created to strengthen the international electoral accompaniment strategy of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary (TEPJF).

Analizar, desde una perspectiva comparada internacional, los antecedentes y el marco legal del sistema electoral mexicano, así como los retos que enfrentarán las autoridades jurisdiccionales electorales mexicanas durante el proceso 2023-2024. Además, se crearán espacios de reflexión para fortalecer la estrategia de acompañamiento internacional electoral del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF).
